Editor's Review With the realistic spy tools in each Spy Labs Incorporated kit, kids ages 8 and up will feel just like real spies. Two new Spy Labs Ultimate Spy Sleuth kits include Master of Surveillance, which comes with night vision goggles and a motion detector alarm, and Master of Disguise, which comes with a secret voice recorder and a voice changer. Each is sold separately. With Master of Surveillance, kids can conduct secret missions under the cover of night thanks to the night vision goggles. An adjustable headband provides comfort when wearing, and kids can see better in the dark thanks to the removable headlamp’s green LED light. There’s also a fold-out arm with a magnifying lens and scouting scope. You can try to wear these goggles with glasses, but it’s not the most comfortable. While out on missions, keep your valuables secure with the motion detector alarm. It can detect either movement or vibration, and when triggered, it emits a three-second alarm sound with flashing red light. Three AAA batteries are required for this kit but not included. Kids can capture important information on their missions with the Master of Disguise’s secret voice recorder. Not only does it record audio, but it distorts the playback of the audio unless you have one of the two keycards inserted. This comes with an adjustable wrist strap. Unfortunately, this toy requires two CR2032 button cell batteries, which are not included, and can be hard to find in stores. Meanwhile, the voice changer, which requires two AAA batteries that are not included, disguises your voice so you can keep your cover. Record up to 12 seconds of audio, and then distort the recording when playing it back using the slider to make your voice sound higher or lower. Price Check $34.95 Should I get it?
